We at radahn provide two main paths to access our platform on mobile. Android users download our APK file directly from radahn. iOS users access our full web platform through Safari or Chrome, which works identically to the native app experience. Both methods are secure, fast, and require no additional fees.
Android users receive an APK file. After downloading, you enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings, then tap the APK to install radahn. iOS users open Safari or Chrome, navigate to radahn, and bookmark the site for quick access — no download required.
Installation and Account Setup
Getting started on radahn takes four steps. First, download the Android APK or open the web app on iOS. Second, install the app (Android) or bookmark it (iOS). Third, open radahn and tap "Create account." Fourth, provide your username, email, mobile number, and password, agree to our terms, and tap "Create account." You are now registered on radahn.

If you encounter issues installing the Android APK, first check that you have enabled "Unknown sources" in Settings → Security. Android requires this permission before installing apps outside the official app store. Clear your browser's cache and download the APK again if the first attempt fails. If the APK does not install, restart your phone and try once more. iOS users who see a certificate warning should tap "Visit Unsafe Site" or "Continue Anyway" — our certificate is valid and secure. If the web app loads slowly on iOS, close Safari completely, reopen it, and refresh the page. Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at radahn encrypt all data sent between your phone and our servers. When you log in, your password is never stored on your device — only a secure session token. The Android app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KTP photo verification) and microphone (for customer support video calls). You control these permissions — grant them only when needed. Your account is protected by your password and, optionally, by a second factor (SMS verification if you enable it). We store your KTP, email, and phone number securely and never share them with third parties. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately through Account Settings and contact our support team.
