radahn Terms of Use

We at radahn set these terms to clarify how our platform operates, what we expect from users, and how we protect both parties when you open an account and place bets on football tournaments, live-dealer games, or slot titles.

Our terms cover account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and our commitment to fair play. By accessing radahn, you agree to follow these conditions. We enforce them consistently across all users — whether you are betting on Liga 1 in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, or playing live blackjack and roulette from anywhere in supported jurisdictions.

This guide walks you through the key sections of our terms, what they mean in practice, and what rights and responsibilities you have on radahn.

Account Opening and User Eligibility

To open an account on radahn, you must provide your legal name, valid ID number (KTP for Indonesian citizens), phone number, and email address. We verify this information against our records to ensure each account belongs to one person. We do not permit shared accounts, accounts under multiple names, or accounts created by automated tools.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If someone else accesses your account, we are not liable for any losses. We recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately through the in-app help form.

Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your access and use of radahn comply with your own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Each payment method has a minimum deposit amount (ranges vary by provider). radahn does not charge deposit fees; your bank or e-wallet provider may deduct transaction costs.

New accounts may be held from withdrawing until basic account verification is complete. We require your KTP, phone number, and email to process your first withdrawal. This typically takes minutes. Large withdrawals may request additional documents (proof of address) to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Once verified, you can withdraw freely subject to your payment provider's limits.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your payment provider. E-wallet withdrawals (local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically complete within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. On weekends and holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek, banking services operate on reduced schedules, so processing may take longer. radahn does not charge withdrawal fees.

Account Balance

Your balance is the sum of your deposits minus withdrawals and losses, plus any winnings. It is always your own and available for withdrawal at any time (after verification).

Deposit Confirmation

We credit your account once the payment provider confirms the transaction. This happens instantly for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Request

You initiate a withdrawal by selecting your payment method and amount in Account → Withdraw. The request is processed according to your provider's standard window.

VIP Processing

Accounts with 60+ days' age and three prior withdrawals receive VIP status and faster processing on most requests.

Betting, Settlement, and Odds

When you place a bet on radahn, your stake is deducted from your balance immediately. Your bet is locked at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between markets, but your locked odds do not change. Once an event concludes, settlement happens automatically — winning bets are credited, losing bets are retained.

We settle bets based on official results from the relevant league or federation. For Liga 1, Piala AFF, and Champions League, we use official scorelines from the league website or broadcast. For live-dealer games and slots, settlement is instant — the result is determined by the game outcome. If an event is postponed or cancelled, we void all bets and return stakes to accounts.

radahn reserves the right to void a bet if we discover an error in odds display or if an event outcome is later overturned by the relevant authority (e.g., a match result is reversed due to fraud). This is rare, but we enforce it consistently.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

We offer occasional bonuses to new and existing users. Any bonus offer includes specific terms — eligible games, minimum bet amounts, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. We publish bonus terms clearly when you claim an offer. You are responsible for reading them before accepting a bonus.

Bonuses are not real money — they are credits usable only within the scope of the promotion. If a bonus expires unused, it is forfeited. We do not refund unused bonuses as cash. Bonus abuse (e.g., claiming the same bonus multiple times through different accounts, or betting and immediately withdrawing to avoid using the bonus) can result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

We enforce our terms fairly and consistently. Our goal is to protect both radahn and our users. If you believe we have misapplied our terms, use the dispute resolution process outlined below.

Disputes and Liability

If you believe radahn has made an error in settlement, odds display, or account handling, contact us within 30 days through the in-app help form. Describe the issue clearly and provide relevant bet details (bet ID, event, odds, stake). We review all disputes and respond within 5 business days with our findings.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our dispute committee. We will not refund bets simply because you lost — a refund is issued only if we find a system error, odds miscalculation, or settlement mistake on our side. Decisions are final after the committee review.

radahn is not liable for losses resulting from your decisions, payment provider delays, or event postponements beyond our control. We are liable only for direct damages caused by our documented error — not for lost opportunity or indirect losses. Our maximum liability per claim is the original bet stake.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Our services are operated from outside Indonesia and are available only where local law permits. We do not represent that radahn is legal in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying compliance with your own jurisdiction's law before opening an account or placing bets.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we determine you are accessing radahn from a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited. This decision is final and non-negotiable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where radahn is operated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that location for any dispute. No party waives rights by failing to enforce them — we may enforce these terms at any time.
