This page describes what we collect when you use radahn and how we keep that data protected. We at radahn collect personal information only to operate our platform — to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment, settle your bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments, and provide customer support.

What Data We Collect on radahn
We at radahn collect information in three categories. First, we collect identity data — your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and valid Indonesian ID number (KTP). We require this to verify your account and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Second, we collect payment data. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer, we record the payment method, amount, date, and confirmation status. We do not store your full card number or bank account number; payment processors handle that encryption. We keep payment records to settle disputes and prevent fraud.
Third, we collect activity data. We log your bets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments. We record your live-dealer game sessions, slot spins, and account logins. We track your IP address and device type. We use this data to detect fraud, prevent collusion, and improve our platform.

Second, we process your deposits and withdrawals. We send your payment details to payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) to complete transactions. We keep records to settle disputes and prevent fraud.
Third, we settle your bets. When you place a bet on a Champions League match or a Liga 1 fixture, we record your selection and stake. Once the match ends, we calculate your winnings and credit your account. We keep these records for seven years to comply with tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
Fourth, we detect fraud and prevent collusion. We monitor for suspicious patterns — multiple accounts from the same IP, rapid deposits and withdrawals, or coordinated betting. If we detect fraud, we may freeze your account and report to authorities.
Fifth, we improve our platform. We analyze aggregate data (not individual bets) to understand which tournaments are popular, which payment methods are most used, and where our support team receives the most questions. We use this to add new markets, improve payment speed, and enhance customer service.
Third Parties and Data Processors
We at radahn work with third-party processors to operate our platform. Payment processors (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive your payment details to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors have their own privacy policies; we recommend you review them.
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. We use cloud infrastructure in Southeast Asia and globally. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your personal information with these processors beyond what is necessary to complete transactions.
We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. We do not share your betting history with other platforms. Your Rights on radahn
We at radahn respect your data rights. You have the right to access your personal information. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you by contacting our support team. We will provide it within 30 days.
You have the right to correct your data. If your name, phone, or email is wrong, you can update it in your account settings. If you cannot update it yourself, contact support and we will correct it.
You have the right to delete your data. You can request account deletion by contacting support. We will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (for example, tax records must be kept for seven years).
You have the right to object to processing. If you believe we are using your data unfairly, you can object. We will review your objection and respond within 30 days.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We at radahn keep your data for different periods depending on the type. Identity data (name, KTP, phone, email) is kept for as long as your account is active, plus three years after closure. Payment records are kept for seven years to comply with tax regulations. Betting records are kept for seven years for the same reason.
Activity logs (logins, IP addresses, device types) are kept for one year. Cookies are set to expire after 12 months of inactivity. If you request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where legal retention requirements apply.
Security and Encryption on radahn
We at radahn use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. All connections to our platform use HTTPS (encrypted web protocol). Your password is hashed (converted to a one-way code) and never stored in plain text. Your payment details are encrypted and stored separately from your account profile.
We limit access to your data. Only radahn staff who need your information to process your request can see it. We use multi-factor authentication for our internal systems. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to find and fix vulnerabilities.
We cannot guarantee absolute security. No system is non-specific info secure. If we discover a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours and explain what happened, what data was affected, and what steps we are taking to prevent it happening again.

We at radahn may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of radahn after changes means you accept the updated policy.
